Everyone wants to be healthy but people find it hard to work out regularly. We know we did. Life was too busy or workouts too unappealing.

One day we realized that we did the stuff that we schedule, that fits into the packed calendars we all have.

We decided that 30 minutes a day - every day - would be a big win. 30 minutes can fit between meetings (or during conference calls!), or between one email and the next. If someone asked us for 30 minutes of our time, it would seem doable - so we thought, lets ask ourselves for that time every day.

So the Conference Call Workout was born - a workout that you design with the exercises you actually like, that you timebox to fit your day.
